Agentic Harness ("we", "us") provides AI-powered software development services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. What we deliver

We build and deploy web applications based on your specifications. Delivered apps are hosted on Vercel infrastructure. You own the code and can export it at any time.

3. Payment

Services are billed as described on our pricing page. Refunds are available within 7 days if we have not started building your project.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our service to build illegal applications, spam systems, or anything that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service.
